‘Die Afrikaanse Taalmuseum en -monument’ is a schedule 3A public entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act.
These reports are submitted in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa; the Public Finance Management Act; Treasury Regulations; Cultural Institutions Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Also included is a guide to the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 as well as the entity’s specific privacy policy and complaints procedure.
