ATM: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Right of entry is reserved and all visitors must have a valid entry ticket/permit while on the premises.

All visitors enter the premises at their own risk. The ATM cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or accident in and around the premises or if any event has to be cancelled or adjusted due to circumstances beyond the institution’s control.

Fees as detailed are only valid for regular entry/as indicated and not for special events. Requests for discounted prices must be made in writing to the Director.

The ATM’s Board may determine and adjust the hours during which, and the conditions and terms under which, the public may visit the declared institution or part of it, as well as the entrance fees. The ATM’s Management reserves the right to temporarily adjust or suspend the access times and visiting spaces within reasonable limits and without any prior notice – in such cases, visitors, permit holders and other stakeholders will have no right to any compensation.

• Income from entrance fees, rentals and permits is used to supplement the deficit in the subsidy of the Department of Sport, Art and Culture. It is used for maintenance and to host educational programmes and heritage projects.
