The Afrikaans Language Museum and Monument are open to visitors, so feel free to learn more about one of Africa’s youngest languages, Afrikaans, with family and friends. On these lovely autumn days, guests can also enjoy a picnic in the monument’s beautiful gardens while the children entertain themselves in die playgrounds. Until 30 SEPTEMBER 2021, the Taalmonument offers free admission to children under 18 and a 20%-discount on new annual permits.
